Price based on normal sized windows with normal dirt.

Windows washed by hand . . .  hot soapy water, brush, squeegee, rags.

We use safety ladders.  We don't use long poles from the ground.

Also, an extra charge may apply if . . 

We have to remove paint, putty, grease, egg, heavy dirt, stickers etc.

We can do inside windows on rainy days

Price based on being able to walk on your roof.  

We power wash your gutters and downspouts.

The dead leaves etc. are great compost for your lawn and garden.

Also, an extra charge may apply if . .  

Gutters are extremely full the downspouts are so clogged they need to be dismantled 

Lots of chairs, flower pots etc must be moved from your patio etc.

Price based on vinyl siding with normal dirt.

Truck-mount power washer and 200 feet of high-pressure hose. 

Hot water up to 200 degrees. Portable hot water tank.  No chemicals.
